MONEXT is an
internationally recognised,
French company.
Founded in 2009, MONEXT became a subsidiary of the Arkea Group one year later, while retaining the same ambition: to support players in the retail, banking and fintech sectors by offering simple, innovative and value-generating solutions. In 2019, MONEXT enhanced its range of solutions by obtaining its accreditation as a Payment Institution from the ACPR (French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority).

Guillaume Prin
CFO and Chief Risk Officer
Upon joining the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group in 2003, Guillaume Prin initially held project management positions, before taking the helm of the Group’s Finance and Financial Control division.
In 2014, he joined Monext as Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for risk management and became a member of the Executive Committee.
Previously, Guillaume Prin held various positions over the six years he spent with HSBC, before joining CapGemini as Financial Director.
Didier Brouat
CCO
Didier Brouat joined Monext in 2010, first leading Sales and Product Marketing for our on-line payment solution.
In 2015 he was appointed CCO of Monext and joined Monext’s Executive Committee.
Previously, Didier Brouat successively held CEO positions at CadresOnline, Bonjour.fr and topannonce.fr.
He also launched “Le Bon Coin” company as Board Member between 2006 and 2008.
He was chairman of “l’Office Spéciale de Publicité” from 1999 to 2005.
At the beginning of his career he held “VP sales” positions in several companies such as “FCA” and “Havas Regie”.
Sylvie Cormier
Human Resources Director
Following an initial experience in the industry, Sylvie joined SG2 (subsidiary of Société Générale) in 1991 as Human Resources Manager.
She remained in this position in 2008 when Experian came to an end and gave rise to Monext.
In 2012, she was appointed Human Resources Director and joined Monext’s Executive Committee.
Frédéric Diverrez
Chairman
Frédéric Diverrez has been Chairman of Monext since 2017.
In 2009, he joined the Arkea Group as Chief Executive Officer, then became Chairman of the Procapital Securities Services Management Board.
In 2012, he became CEO of Monext.
Frédéric Diverrez was previously a member of the Sopra Steria Group’s Management Committee. He held various positions over his thirteen-year career within the Group, in particular that of Director of the “Banks and Insurance” Business Unit and Director of the “Payment Methods” Business Unit with responsibility for electronic payment products.
Frédéric is also a Board Member for Nextalk, Pumpkin and Leetchi, which are all subsidiaries of the Arkea Group.
